What / who inspired you to start MMA?
What inspired me to start MMA was my competitive spirit. I would also have to thank my friends who I started my kickboxing journey with, and my family who i’d also train alongside with. If it wasn’t for the camaraderie I don’t think I would be where I am today.

What drives me to continue to progress and push myself is my will to win or to at least have given it my all and that way I won’t have any regrets.

¿Qué rol juega el fitness / la salud / el bienestar en tu vida?
El fitness, la salud y el bienestar van definitivamente de la mano. Encuentro que cuando me tomo tiempo para mí, ya sea saliendo a explorar al aire libre, dedicando tiempo a leer y escribir en mi diario, comiendo bien, compartiendo tiempo con familia y amigos, o enfocándome en lo que es posible en lugar de lo que parece imposible, definitivamente me da una mejor perspectiva y visión de la vida.

¿Qué te ha enseñado el MMA sobre vos mismo?
Lo que las MMA me enseñaron sobre mí mismo es que soy capaz de hacer cualquier cosa que me proponga. También me enseñaron a ser disciplinado y que puedo alcanzar cualquier objetivo que me fije. Me enseñaron que soy capaz de ser valiente y que puedo superar cualquier situación difícil que se presente.

¿Qué esperarías inspirar en las personas que te admiran?
What I would hope to inspire in the people that look up to me is that life is short and time is precious so we must maximize spreading faith, hope, and love to others around us. Also that we have the power to change anything that we feel is weighing us down in life and to always strive for the best version of yourself. Never stop learning.

Any words or tips to women who want to start MMA?
Some words or tips to any females who want to start MMA would be to first find your “WHY “ and let that be your biggest motivator !! Have fun, train hard, put in the work and do your thing!
